In other news.. Winter sucks. We've just had our third blizzard in a week!!

By Any Other Name...

I'm not sure how I feel about things like this. I mean, on the one hand, it does seem to be a bit cold to have a name so associated with a tragedy, but on the other hand, are we all so sensitive that we can't bear to be reminded in any way whatsoever about something bad that has happened? If that were to be the case, there are a whole lot of words that may have bad connotations to at least somebody. I don't know. What do y'all think?

In other news... here we are almost in the middle of January. This is probably my least favourite time of year. Christmas is a dimming memory, the weather is at its coldest (and today, windiest), and everything is just blah. Oh, and don't forget the first VISA bill after the Christmas shopping season! Anyway, here's hoping that I can come up with something to do to help me get through this Winter rut.
